Problem Statement
The older website in custom-coded HTML was not efficient with the increasing demands of the organization and had to be updated to a highly efficient system with an appointment booking system.
Solution
The best solution available was to redesign the WordPress platform for ease of use and with the robust infrastructure of WordPress along with ease of use, goals were achieved, and everyone was happy with the performance of the system with the appointment booking system with Razorpay payment gateway integrated for appointments that will booked online.
